The hotel had excellent breakfast options, with a variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, including delicious dim sum and a noodle station. The rooms were spacious, with a big bathroom that had a separate shower and bath. The hotel's location was also a major plus, being just a couple of blocks away from both a computer supermall and the train station.
One negative aspect was that the dim sum restaurant in the hotel had limited options and the food quality was mediocre. Additionally, the wait staff were not attentive and the overall service was lacking.

This hotel was relaxing base for exploring Taoyuan, loved it. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast was good and had lots of meals.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The room was so very spacious. Nearby a bus stop in the shopping area. Kai jiang fastfood, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. In addition, free wifi was useful: )

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Taoyuan. The hotel was very close to the center of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. Additionally, it was close to the Taoyuan MRT station, which was a huge advantage for us as we had an early flight to catch. The hotel staff were very helpful and even went the extra mile to introduce us to the famous bakery store nearby. the location, transportation options, and helpful staff were the best aspects of our stay.

Great breakfast with plenty of choices and lovely views from the atrium. Convenient location, just a short walk from various shops and restaurants. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower and bath, which was nice.
The carpets in the room were stained and the furniture looked scratched and worn. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was also a bit seedy and dirty.
